Full Yoga Experience

Enjoy an all levels hatha class for 1.5 hours. You will experience all aspects of yoga from pranayama, classic asana, vinyasa and a guided meditation. Great for beginners and of course great for those who can challenge themselves.

Ball Rolling

We have issues in our tissues! Release the connective tissue called fascia that tends to tightly wind around our muscles and cause injury by using the technique called “self-myofascial release.” This recovery method will make your body feel 100x better!


This class connects breath with movement and is designed to flow fluidly from posture to posture. We will break down poses with very detailed instructions. Expect to generate some body heat. All levels class.


Class begins with the traditional sun salutations and standing sequence postures of ashtanga, followed up with an improvisational style covering a sample of first, second, and third series postures. Jeremy will also offer ideas on preparing for an building skill in some of the more challenging poses. The class will conclude with the traditional closing sequence of postures, leading to a state of rest. Suitable for all levels, but experience with vinyasa is recommended.

Vinyasa 2

Expect to connect your breath and movement in this challenging and powerful class. Designed for intermediate and advanced yogis who have a knowledge of basic postures, including Sun A and B. In this Level 2 Vinyasa, we will explore arm balances, inversions, backbends. You will be able to take your practice to the next level. This class is not heated but because of the advanced nature of the class, you will break a sweat. Bring a towel and water. Music will vary teacher-to-teacher. *** not for beginners***


Basically, hold some and flow some! Meaning, we will sequence in classic asanas in which we will hold for a few cycles of breath then weave in some vinyasa sequences. This class will focus less on detailed instructions. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and really feel the poses. We may play non-traditional yoga music from time to time. You will have a nice warm up and good cool down with a restorative pose at the end. All levels.


ALL LEVELS CLASS yoga- Hatha classes focus on mindfulness and alignment as a means to build strength, balance and flexibility. This class is great fit for the beginner and the seasoned yogi who knows how to take their asanas up a notch if desired. Class themes vary, pranayama techniques vary, music can vary…Each of our certified instructors offer a different view on classical Hatha Yoga.


Power yoga Warm your body up with an active vinyasa. The room MAY OR MAY NOT be heated,regardless, expect to generate tapas(fire) body heat from the vinyasa. One hour class, not really recommended for beginners. May involve arm balances and inversions. Proper asana practice is a must. Heated classes are Mon 6:45pm, Thur 6:45pm and Sun 9:30am


This class revitalizes the body by increasing circulation to the organs and calming the nervous system. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks are used to enable a longer hold in the pose, aiding in gentle, restorative stretching. Restore is an excellent way to balance out the stress of the day. Students of all levels SHOULD take this class and no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is ideal for students who wish to move at a slower pace or are recovering from an injury. Experience a guided approach to yoga postures that stretch the muscles and help to deeply relax your nervous system. We will work on bone building, muscle building and mind body awareness. This class is great for ALL LEVELS and a perfect start for a beginner.
